On Sunday the sun came out and all of Vancouver crawled out to witness the return to springtime. It’s always a surprise when the rain stops, the clouds blow away and it’s simply fabulous. The ducks scattered as our paddles dipped. A seal showed her head. A bald eagle soared overhead. So did a floatplane. Our little fleet of kayaks provided a BC tourism-approved show for the cyclists and walkers along the Stanley Park Seawall.
It’s a good life.
